You should get a Dremel kit and polish you CME tips. Are they the 2 ovals or the quad tips? i'm assuming the 2 ovals(which = 
) That's what i'd do... I've done aluminum tips before on my '00 GTP and they look SWEET if you know how to do them. It's not hard but on a black car would look nice You REALLY need to post pics of this car though

there you go, I know it needs to be cleaned up, I sanded down the tips last night and they look alright but im getting the dremel friday. But it just broke so its in the shop right now I think the slave went out.
good luck with it VERY sexy car. and yeah, dremel is your friend. You'll have to look up how to polish unless you know how to already. I just sand the aluminum down, then wetsand until smooth and clean and then get the buffer wheels for the dremel and some Tripoli Compound. Turn the dremel on, put it into the compound(is hard and brown until you put the wheel in it, Then it turns black and goes onto the wheel) Then just start going around the area you want to polish. Just keep going around it and working it in. Then when you've done it a while, use a clean towel or paper towels and clean off the compound. Enjoy sexy tips. You will have to do this every once in a while to keep them clean but on a black car, that will look sexy.
