Exhaust Tip Polish

Exhaust Tip Polish I picked up a Mothers Power Ball today along with some Mothers chrome polish.
I'm planning on trying to shine up my exhaust tips, as they are pretty dull looking.
Before I get started though, I was wondering if anyone else has any experience using this on exhaust tips. Is it any good? And also, I'm not even positive that my tips are chrome. They're the Borla adjustable tips, the dual-intercooled or whatever they call it.
