Recommend me some GREY seats . . . .
Keep in mind my Z28 is a daily driver and the interior is the million shades of grey(might change to black). Comfort is my big thing, and something with some decent bolsters to hold me in would be nice. I'll be using the stock seat belt as well.
I'd like to keep it under $1000 for this project. Most seats I've come across are black cloth or suede, which wouldn't work.
Couple that I've found:
Corbeau GTS II, avaiable in grey cloth or leather.
http://www.corbeau.com/products/gts2/gts2.shtml#
Corbeau TRS, avaiable in a two tone grey pattern. Don't know if this would look good or not
http://www.corbeau.com/products/trs/trs.shtml#
Corbeau CR1, avaiable in grey.
http://www.corbeau.com/products/cr1/cr1.shtml#
I'm also half tempted to get the faded cloth firebird seats I have sitting in my garage recovered with grey vinyl bolsters and backs, and have the centers done up in blue suede. I'd also trick out the door panels with blue suede.
Anybody know where there is a Corbeau dealer near Nashville, TN??

I just ordered a set of seats from Airzen, not Corbeau but figured I would share. I got a pretty good deal I think I paid 1300 (for both of them) roughly for genuine leather seats with 2 stage heaters and SS stitched in the back, he did this seat for a customer and I am getting them done the exact way as well. Here is thier website.

and here is what I ordered.
A few others ordered these as well on here that is how i found out about them.

I have the same grey interior and went with black leather Mad Racing Concepts seats ($458 for the PAIR of REAL LEATHER shipped to my door):
(Seatbelt holders are no longer mounted w/electrical tape )
I went with black and it looks great because the car had black trim already (steering wheel, shiftknob, etc...). I added rear leather seats out of a 1995 Z (got them for $30 from a local guy!!!) and ebony seatbelts to the back. I will add ebony front belts, carpet and a few other trim pieces soon just to tie it in better...
If you must have grey, they come in real grey leather for the same price:
SO, for $458 + $150 for brackets (from Arizen, to make your life a LOT easier) you'd be all set and WELL under your $1000 budget... Feel free to PM me if you have any questions...
