WS6 grill inserts

I need the part numbers for the grill insert on a Ws6 hood and the 2 that go on each fender, but it has to be white in color. If they even make such a thing, I hope I don't have to paint them.

All inserts are black. Check ebay for the fender ones, probably have to call GM to get the hood ones.
