Black colored dual trunk lid

Black colored dual trunk lid I've seen few non black colored camaros (mainly its the pewter colored ones) with the exterior trunk lid painted black with a stripe running through under the spoiler. Does anyone know if that is a vinyl sticker or are they actually painted ? Thanks

Basically, it was just an appearance upgrade for the Berger camaros and since most people think it looks good they do the same thing to their cars.

And the Berger mod definitely adds some flavor to the back end of our cars.
