I would suppose you'd do it with some hobby paint and a hobby brush. That would be the easiest, at least in my eyes, way to do it.

The decals are way easier to apply. Ever thought about just getting one of them?

Don't paint it. Get vinyl decals that are available on several sites. I got mine at phoenixgraphics.com.

I would just get the vinyl...it'll look WAY better than trying to paint it.
i ordered them last night, hard to put on or not?
They are not hard to put on. A little diluted dish soap or the gel the vendors sell, will deaden the glue for a short time, so you can slide them on. Then you work the soap/gel out. The front plate bird is probably the hardest to do because of the small pieces. Just do one little piece at at time. Don't try to lay out the whole decal and do it in one shot. Soap up the spot, slide the decal on, press. You really only get one shot and can't take it back up for a do over, but don't let that stop you.

Probably. I've never done tinting. You should get some instructions with the decal. Mine came with a little squeegee thing to work the wrinkles, bubbles and soapy water out. The soapy water allows you to slide the decal around a little bit to get it in the right spot. Then you work the water out and let it dry. But you want to get the decal in the right spot real soon.
