cleaning engine bay?
thanks
Let the engine run for a few minutes so it's warm, not hot. Cover the engine bay with a diluted all-purpose cleaner/degreaser, and gently agitate heavily soiled areas with a brush or wash mitt. Thoroughly rinse without concentrating too much water in any area. If possible, blow off excess water with a leaf blower or air hose, and then run the engine again for a couple of minutes to aid in drying. Apply a water-based dressing over all plastic and rubber. After dwelling for roughly 15 minutes, wipe everything down with a clean terry or microfiber towel and polish/wax painted areas as needed.
This won't give concours level detailing, but it should look pretty close to "new" appearance. Just use common sense.

P.S. P21s Total Auto Wash is a great product to use if you can afford it.
