watch out with chrome polishes everyone. chrome polish is actually abrasive and will thin the finish if used too often. i see it all the time at shows on streetrods who have chrome everywhere. it will eventually fade and it won;t look very good. it's great stuff to use every 6 months or a year, but no more should be needed. i know many professional chrome places say that glass cleaner is the best to use on chrome because of the same effect the stuff has on mirrors and glass.

My wheels were neglected for about 3 months and had to deal with road salt and snow in January. The crap that stuck just got caked on.

I was able to get them looking beatiful with Turtle Wax chrome cleaner though.

I had never thought of using glass cleaner. I think I'll try that next time. That just makes for one less product to buy.
