Dingy LS1 for 67 camaro
Dingy LS1 for 67 camaro I`m trying to figure out what to do with the dingy LS1 block and heads and 6sp trans I am building for my 67 camaro. I`ve thought about polishing it, but that would take a very long time and lead into too much maintenance. Thought about painting it, but that would take away from the looks of an aluminum motor. I have cleaned them with EagleOne Mag Wheel cleaner and that helped a bunch, but it still looks dingy. What do you do?
Car will be red, which is the original color of the car, so chevy orange is out. If I paint it, I will do it body color. Steam cleaning is not an option on a restored car, plus it would rarely be driven anyway. Thanks for your input guys
