man i have 5% all the way around, and 35% on the entire windshield. I honestly dont know how i havent gotten a ticket..i've even been pulled over with my tint on the car and the cop never said anything..i guess i'm just getting lucky. Also..in NC the legal limit is 35%.
That looks good. I have 35% on my sides and sometimes in the right light outside you cant see thru it standing outside looking in. Other angles and light you can see thru it.
In Ohio 50% is legal on the sides which is a joke. So I asked the shop that did it, when people get busted and they bring it back for you to replace the tint, what % tint are you taking off. They told me 99% of the time they are taking off tint 20% or darker. They said they have never replaced 35% tint. While still technically illegal, I went with 35% because my local cops can be real ****** and I didnt feel like being hassled.
It all depends on what state you are in and what your local cops are like. Some can get away with 5% and some cant.

Looks good. I went limo all the way around on the '01 with a front strip down to the bottom of the rearview mirror mount. About 1" below the as1 line. Those windows were DARK too. Only got stopped once, but luckily I new the trooper.
