Who has a Wings West grill insert???

Who has a Wings West grill insert??? Thinking of buying a Wings West grill insert and painting it body color. Anyone know if they are quality parts. Is the fit and finish decent? Thanks in advance for the info.

Re: Who has a Wings West grill insert??? I've got the Wings West grill & I'm very happy with it. The fit is perfect, but I would recommend buying it unpainted & having it painted at a body shop that you trust. I bought mine painted & it chipped very badly in no time, when nothing else on the front of the car did. Once I took it off & had it repainted, I haven't gotten even one chip since. One thing to know is that the silver mesh in the openings is only held in place by the pressure of being a close fit. I haven't had a problem with mine, but a buddy I know has problems with his popping out every now & then & he has to up them back in, so make sure yours fit nice & fit before installing the grill on the car.

Re: Who has a Wings West grill insert??? I also have this grill and I love it. However, the grill mesh leaves a lot to be desired... After painting my grill, I had it protected with a strip of Xpel.
