two days, two states, two awards, too much!! What a weekend! total miles driven: 1000 -- total coffee drank: 1.7 gallons (us) -- total bugs killed: 9,000,090 :laugh:
Saturday was the SLP CAD replacement event (picnic).. lots of great cars (about 70) and it was nice to meet so many from the boards.. Ive been to events planned for months and this one went off better.. great job everyone! Oh and I tood Best-of-Show!!
Then I drove home.. changed, had dinner, detailed the car and drove to Phoenix, AZ (350 miles) for Super Chevy Phoenix. Got in around midnight.. slept.. got up at 7am, detailed car then went to the show (wont get into how unorganized they were).. Turnout was small compared to Super Chevy out here and few fbodies but I got to meet Todd from Discount Tire Direct (nice car
) -- And I won Best-in-Class Modified
Then a nice drive home through several dust storms and here I am.. two awards, slight sunburn, tired as hell with a dirt clod for a car.. God, I love this hobby

Yea, It was a good car filled weekend and I got to meet Todd (discount tire direct) and see his nice SS (that won its street class).
I dread going to wash the car.. oh god the inhumanity of water spots!!!

Make sure you find a real SS so that you have a pair!
