Please school me on custom autometer cluster!
Please school me on custom autometer cluster! I have read several thread about this so its time for me to ask my own questions here.
First off is this just a complete headache pain in the ***? I would want to try and get it done in a good weekend end so if possible.
I need to know what all is involved in make a fuel gauge, speedometer, tachometer, oil psi and maybe 1 or 2 more gauges work with the stock set up.
Seems like most of them should just need to be hooked into their respective wires that come together in the harness that clips to the cluster.
do i need all mechanical or all electrical gauges?
i realize the fuel gauge is a pain in the *** but is the programmable gauge the solution for that?
Please just take me to school and let me know any headaches i might have or problems i will run into!
