z28 n tx: that looks sweet - is it black or carbon fiber? did you add the mesh or did it come like that?

I looked on their site but I can't seem to find the primered one without the logo. Do you have to tell them when you order or what? Or better yet, am I blind?
Someone PM me a link to a non carbon fiber one w/o logo please!

I had the Wings West insert in my Camaro and was very pleased. The Wings West is made from a semi rigid flexible plastic that doesnt rock chip like the hard plastic or carbon fiber ones. I also disagree that the bare bumper with the holes filled looks better than with an aftermarket grill. The holes are way to big and it amplifies the fish out of water look.

Here are a couple of pictures of my old SS, I painted the grill openings a dark grey to match the hood decal.

it was grey primer...i got it painted in black...mesh came with it .

yes i'm happy with it. install was easy. i used some 3m molding tape

to mount it to the bumper. the mesh wire came installed.

Agreed. Anything to make these cars look even more like a catfish is not good.

Thanks for the info everyone! Too bad the Wings West grille got discontinued, sounds like that was the hot setup. Probably going to go with the Carbon Fiber grille from RK Sport since I don't want to mess with getting it painted.
