Default Window Lift Motor?

My passenger side window lift motor took a crap so I ordered a new one. I took my door panel off today and it looked like the lift motor was rivetted in! I have a 1998 T/A...is there a way to take out the lift motor w/o having to bust the rivets?

Thanks!

I heard that you have to drill the old rivets out & then rivet in the new motor. Should be able to use some simple pop rivets.

For some reason I wanna say there is a write up somewhere.

Same write-up I used. I'm about a newb when it comes to this kind of stuff and it took me like 40mins to do my drivers side one. I had the motor from Autozone for like 3 months before I bit the bullet and did it. Just follow those instructions and it's easy.
