I hid mine behind the vent cover. I used a 2 1/16 guage, and then used a piece of thick foam, (its hard but still gives some) I cut it a little bigger than the vent, then cut hte hole for the guage just a little smaller. I put the guage in the foam then both in the hole. I pushed it back far enough to get the cover on and closed and it stays put.
I use it for my n2o presure guage and I have the light hooked up to my heater sw. for the bottle so its not on unless I turn the bottle on.
