Resolution (DPI) is gonna be 360dpi - ur *** might think its low dpi but you seen mine, and the ones I make for Staind n Cold - best u can do dogg
Clean cut edge, brass grommets as usual
Double stitch hem (most gonnies wont do this), brass grommets, top and bottom edge every 30" (approx.).
BTW I got my machine, so I can custom make anything from plate brakets to battery covers with what ever u want

Yea, my car hole needs some sprucing up and I was thinking about making myself a nice large one for my own use, then I got to thinking.
I read earlier in the thread that it was too "cost prohibitive" to mass produce these things, and in all honesty this dibs list/pay after method will end up with someone getting burned(you know how it is, peopl are interested now, but when money collection time comes....)
My thoughts are, create an "LS1 Tech Banner Car Thread" similar to Calendar submission thread, have people submit pics of there cars, use the cars to create one big banner representative of the cars we have on ls1tech. Then get approval from LS1Tech for the naming rights, and sell digital full size copies of the banner for a nominal naming rights fee (In my head 5 - 10 is fair). Then you can download and print it yourself via a a collage method, or by taking the file to a sign shop on your own. Would most likely be easier and end cost likely equal or less (no shipping) plus you choose the material you want it in.
