front bumper sagging

Ok i cant find my friggen camera so i tryed to find pics but it wasn't easy. In this pic below of the white T/A i have the piece circled in red. Its right by the hood latch and there will be 2 bolt that connect the bumper to the frame of the car, Simply loosen the bolts then pull up on the bracket and retighten.

oh ok that big *** one that the latch is connected to and the washer fluid is behind.

edit: i loosened the 2 bolts holding it to the frame and it didnt go anywhere when i pulled up.

The thing that you move is a big *** bracket thats connected to the front bumper. Sorry i dont have a camera.

is it the black one or the body colored one?

because i slid the black one up and it didnt work.

you can just loosen the bolts for the hood latch and move the hood latch down, then tighten the bolts back.

cant do that. my hood is perfectly lined up on the sides.

You might want to think about removing the bumper cover and inspecting the styrofoam. It, too, is just clipped on, and can sag over time.

our cars don't have styro foam in the bumpers... only TA's. plus his is a 94.
