Need good upholster recommendations

Need good upholster recommendations I plan on having all my interior panels:
kick panels
sail panels
rear hatch trim
rear 1/4 interior panels
wrapped in tan vinyl. A local shop said they could do it but are leary of the many contours in the sail panels. They feel that the vinyl would lift. I can't really swallow it b/c I have seen custom speaker boxes with many outrageous contours wrapped in vinyl.
