Yes it does have a black hood scoop.
They both 98 cars....they got the 1" factory drop! Now where near as bad as the stock suspension 99+ cars! I am not dropping mine...those 315's will hit all the time in the back, and I have not much ground clearance in the front as it is as can be seen in this pic:
