Yes mine does, but I think it has the factory tint Not sure though about that, but it is messed up at the top like you stated. I will have to get it re-done when I get the sides tinted. I think I remember someone saying you can just use a piece of black vinyl on the inside to make it look normal again.

That's what I was thinking. If they will write you up for 15% might as well go 5%

Rear looks dark enough and sides look good, but I am thinking about opting for 5% all the way around. Looks like a trip to the tint shop is in order for next week after the camping trip to the 1000 Islands this Saturday to Tuesday.

I remeber reading about the top part of the rear window on the f-bodies and some one said that you have to ask for a different type of film back there...its because of the dots.

try searching for tint or something I cant find it though.

That's how it is here too. You can only tint the top 6 inches.

Well I looked into the law and in NY it is 70% for the side windows and any percent for the rear hatch. Looks like no matter what route I take it would be illegal so it looks like 5% it is. I will try to find someone local with 5% though. Always good to see something in person.

Mine is 2% on the sides, 15% on the rear, 2% for the sun strip at the top of the front window, and the whole front window is tinted 35%

I left 15% on the back because I want to see to backup....

Only if they have nothing better to do in this small town. But like any dark tint, they can ticket you if they want to be an *******. I usually just roll down my windows when I get pulled over.....
