What color sail Panel
I say leave it black and let the SOM on the body speak for itself. IMO, the SOM on the sail panel is a bit overboard for an SOM car. And you have tint and the black SLP grill to be accented too. And bar none, the all black top looks clean, smooth and mean

Yes. They replace the whole sail panel. It is a 3 piece kit.

i dunno if they are pre finished or not. But GM paid for it. i paid NOT 1 CENT!!!!
I didn't say what color it came finished in, but I know the body shop manager so if I want it painted orange I can....
