Go black like bitchncamaro's. You're right about the silver breaking the flow and capturing the eye.

BTW, the stripes are long gone. I am replacing them with flat black right now (one is on already)...

It looks SOOOOOOOOO much better! The old stripes looked incredible but didn't match my car. I think a car with more chrome could have pulled them off but I'm not really a chrome guy so I took them off instead of changing wheels.

I went flat/satin black instead of gloss since that is the current trend (on the Mopar cars at least), it matches the Berger panel perfectly and to me just looks way more bad ***

I've got new headlights (the projectors) on the way. As soon as I get the stripes finished, the emblems re-installed and the projectors on (I may modify them before installation, depends if I have time or not) I will make a new post with new pics

I ditched the silver outlined stripes (still think they looked great just needed to be on a car with more chrome) and whistlers in this pic:

For the satin black stripes (to match the Berger) and projectors you see here (the car was dirty so I just snapped a couple of quick pics. After I wash it Friday I'll take more pics and post a new thread this weekend. For now, here's a taste):

The satin is reflecting the sun badly in these pics but I assure you it looks GREAT and is one consistent satin black color and matches the berger perfectly:

...and a couple of headlight shots:

What do you guys think?

I still like the silver outline before, but I agree that the simple flat black stays with your "theme" better, keeping it simple and clean. Oh, and those headlights look sick!

looks damn good.

only thing i would have done is make the silver around the edge of the stripes a little thinner. just too much for me, but like you said the cars just for you!

so

EDIT: so im an idiot and only read the first page. after the post i saw the new stripes. look a TON better IMO, flows alot better with the other mods youve got going!
