tints so those of you with all around tints...how often have you gotten pulled for it or is it a complete non-issue? i've bee thinkin about something fairly dark for a while but i'm just a little cautious, especially since apparently around here cops have nothing to do but find a reason to pick off a punk *** teenager like myself (had one follow me from my street today all the way to the gas station, u-turn and all) 
Well I'm over in NJ and cops only pull people over if their driving like idiots, I've never been pulled for JUST my tint. I have 20% on the side windows and 5% on the back. CA is probably alil stricter.
Yeah I live in michigan and it depends what city I'm in. In the city I live they pull over JUST for tints and in the city I commute to everyday they will never pull over for only tints so i just roll my windows down in the city i live in. and if you have light tint no one bothers you but ive only ever had 5% so ive gotten pulled over like 4 to 5 times
Ive only been pulled over once in my life for "tint" Ive been pulled over other times, then the tint issue comes up after there standing by the car. But I dont get pulled over enough or harassed enough to not tint my windows dark

okay forgive me for being a dumbass here haha, but what exactly do i get to look forward to if i get pulled for tints? does he just tell me to fix it and then i pray i never see him again or what's the deal?

ive been pulled over once for 5% tint, it was a state trooper, he just pulled me over, said my tint was too dark, checked my record and seen it was clean, and told me to have a nice day.. so i dunno. that was the only time ive been bothered for tint, in the 3 years ive had it.

ive had illegal tint on all my cars, only one issue on my old truck wich had 15 on the sides and 5 the rest, state trooper said it was too dark and gave me a warning. but ive had friends thatve gotten tickets for it and its just a fine. but honestly i have 15% all the way around on my camaro it doesnt even look that dark on sunny days

pulled over twice and got 2 tickets. 75 a pop. still have it on and its not goin anywhere. my city cops are cool its the state cops the camp for speeders on the interstate. once i get my front license plate cover on im gonna take a different way to school. just be quick on the trigger, see a cop,windows down.

i have 10% here in OKC and no one ever says anything. the only time they pull you over is if your windshield is less then 50% most of the time. been pulled over but they never ask about the tint.

so ur saying in cali they don't even bother with a fine, they just tell u to take it off? seems like that's worse than the fine...
