Right now I have about 6 different leather conditioners in my bucket. I have always liked the lexol products the best; the leather cleaner, conditioner, and plastic & vinyl protectant. However, I can't keep from trying new stuff. I really don't like the Megs conditioner, I find it to be too thick and it doesn't seem to keep for very long. I have used the Megs foam conditioner and I kind of like it, it is pretty light and doesnt leave much residue so it is good for a kind of quick leather detailer before the shows. Someone mentioned the Turtle Wax variety and I think it is pretty simmilar to the Megs gold class, just not as thick. I have the amorall, but am yet to use it (why use the cheap stuff when you have better stuff avaliable). I am getting ready to place a new order with zaino, and their leather cleaner and conditioner will be in my cart: I have heard it rocks.
The lexol does leave a kind of sticky residue, but you just need to let it sit for about 30 min and then wipe everything down again with a clean rag and you will be in business.
