Front tag mount

Ok so I like in maryland and got to have a front tag mounted ....But wanted to cut the area out where the tag goes to get more air to the front mount intercooler ...Anyone got any ideas where to mount the tag ...Is there some kind of kit made to off set it or flip it down from under the bumper ? thanx

thats how i was going to do mine, but i wasnt sure if that would fly or not, since its near impossible to see unless your practically under the car.
