Car Rearended - How much?

Car Rearended - How much? Hello All,
I was rearended last weekend. Smashed in my back side pretty good, bent the quarter panels to the wheels. Has anyone else had an estimate done on their car for the repairs?
I am hoping the car is totalled so I can get out of my lease. I have been lookin on ebay for some newer LS1's, but I do not want to get my hopes up if they are going to fix it.

If you want it to be totalled and they wont do it, tell em you'll sue for *back* and *neck* injuries if they dont...I got just about 10k for my 90' 300zx 2 years ago so I wouldn't sue, but now I have neck problems that didn't show up for a year.

'00 TA with 58k miles.
Im not sure if the frame is bent. Here in NC it has to be 75% of the value of the car to be totalled.
I hope that damn thing is totalled!!
