Default Some pics. Input on appearance mods. Silver 97 TA

I had clear corners on my old black 95 firebird, and I loved it. Not sure about clear on silver though. I want to either black out the corner lights or clear them. I also am thinking about polishing the rear filler panel black. and getting black decals for the Trans Am on the door, to replace this maroon color that does not match whatsoever. Also the front calipers match the maroon. Probably gonna do black or silver painted calipers.

So vote:

Clear, black, or stock corner lights
Polished or decal rear filler
Black or maroon decals
Black or silver calipers

Supporting pics would be great. Since these pics I have applied the black PONTIAC rear insert also.

clear corner lenses
not an lt1 or the front lenses but shows the clear looks good on silver:

polished filler piece

I'd say get rid of the molding and soor decals but if you want to keep them go w/black
and black decals

Heres what I did with my LT1 taillights. Kinda hard to see but I blacked out the reflective strip on them and tinted the 3rd brake light. I still want to black out the center filler panel but thats another day.
Go with silver calipers and smoked marker lights.

It's got 20% tint on sides and rear. and thanks a lot!

I think I'll do polished filler panel, and black/silver calipers, and black decals. Not sure on CETA, !moulding, or side lenses yet

Yeah, definately keep the lt1 lights. My 96 ta had the same lights as yours until some idiot hit one of them and it cracked. I had a nightmare trying to find another passenger side one that was in as good of shape as the other. It seemed all i could find were ones where the plastic was delaminating from the black underneath. In the end, I bought a nice set of ls1 tails and kept the lt1's, just in case i ever see another good lt1 tailight.

Nice car BTW, i think it looks great already. Smoke the front corners, and do the CETA if you want and that should be all.

Did a little bit of photoshopping. I love it. I want those tips from that silver car!

And a half-*** photoshop of smoked corners. I think I'm gonna go with the smoked corners from ebay. The smoked corners should look way better, that's just a paintbrush.
