NJ front Plate troubles

I've been driving my car without front plates for about a year. Can't say I've put more than a hundred miles on it though, passed maybe a dozen cops. My plan is the cops see window tint/no front license plate and think I'm from pa

I live in NY and dont bother with a front plate....and yes they break ***** here for it. I havent been bothered though. It seems they dont reall bother F-bodies all that much. Plus its only like a 40 dollar summons. I have seen some guys mount the plate on the Air damn.
