Side note....Make sure you sit in type of seat you want before you buy. If you buy the model specific mounting brackets they are not difficult to install.

No experience with the A4's I had a set of CR1's that I had custome recovered..and I imagine that the brackets are the same.

Mounting the seats is pretty straight forward..pull the stock rails off..bolt the new rails ito teh seats then bolt the whole shabang to the flor of teh car...great seats.
Allot of teh vette guys use A4's a s well

I have the CR1's in "Wide" fitment that I"ve had since just after Christmas of last year. I went with the black suede and am very happy with what I decided to do. They are quite comfortable and work great with the stock seat belt for now.

The only way you are going to get a harness or anything in there is with a full cage or get lucky to find a LG harness bar. There is a sponsor on the board that is looking to possible make them, so my fingers are crossed.

That's kinda the opposite of the purpose of going w/ the racing or sport seats.

1. With the new seats, they do sit higher already. If you try and add the power part to those brackets, I'm sure it will bring it up higher.

2. You may be able to somehow fab up the stock sliders and rails w/ the motor in them, but what for? That will add all that extra weight, which again kind of defeats the purpose of going w/ a sport or racing seat.

The brackets/sliders that Corbeau makes fit and line up perfectly. I hardly ever moved my stock seat anyway, so moving these on ocassion is no big deal easy. They will move, and move just like any other manual seat and actually move very easy.
