Default Headlight Clean

What is the best way to clean the headlights? i did the whistler mod a few weeks ago and now both headlights are kinda hazy, i think its hazy on the outside not the inside. So what would be the best way to clean the outside of the lights?

Depending on how bad they are, scratchX micht work. It will definetly make them look better no matter what, but to get them perfect you might have to wetsand them to bring them back to life. I'm doing this to mine tommorow.
