redlinegoods.com Shift boot
I got it in the mail on Saturday and installed it in my car with the new shift ring.
Overall I was pretty impressed. I couldn't find a boot anywhere since they are disconntinued so I had no choice but to go aftermarket. And since the plastic retainer ring was broken I got one of their metal ones.
The boot fit good, not great, but good. And the color was a faily good match. I even had it shortened a little since the UMI short stick and MBNA ball sit soo low in the hole.
Overall I would say 3.5 out of 5 stars. A good aftermarket replacement.

sorry guys I will try to get some pics tonight when I move the car to storage.
I think it was only like 60 shipped to my door. Yes the metal did work really good. I was skeptical when I first got it in, but after putting it in my car it fit very snug and looked like a factory boot.

do you use the stock shifter stick or a short shifter? I use a short stick from ws6store.com and the stick hits the frame when in 2,4,6 gears. I was thinkin this was because of the broke frame?
