Any idea who this car belongs to? I believe someone's running a scam using its pictures

Is that a stock GM color? Id put a ws6 hood and strip the side moldings.

Yea its a stock color only made in that color in 1999. medium blue metallic to be exact

same with nassau blue in 99 for the vettes. they are bringing it back for 08 vettes and i think the z06 might get it too. sweet looking car, whats the scam?
