Default Basic lighting Question, I'm a newb to lights

I have a 96 T/A and everybody knows the headlights and fog lights have that yellowish tint to them when they are on. I want to eventually put HID's or something really sweet in but my pockets are low. But my question is: is there just a stock light bulb that i can switch out that illuminates more of the white or hyperwhite color rather than having to switch out the housing or anything else. I JUST want to switch out the bulbs if that is even possible.

thanks
tom

you have sealed beam housings which means you can't just replace the filament inside of it. You need to purchase a whole new headlight if you want something new. Silverstars offer a little better light with better color but not much. If you want to convert to H4 lamps (does high and low beam, removable) and housings, then you have a wider selection of lamps and keep your housing.

I recommend Hella 165MM free-form housings with hella h4 lamps. I've done this myself and the lighting was improved dramatically. I then converted to a H4 HID hi/low kit which is ok but I am currently working on a bi-xenon projector setup.
