Default Cleaning coated pacesetters

I bought a set of coated pacesetters about a year and a half ago. The car never really gets driven so they don't have any rust build up on them. However, I had the car detailed about a year ago and whatever the detailer sprayed on the engine compartment did an awesome job cleaning everything else but made the shiny finish on the headers turn a real dull silver color and the shine is now pretty much gone. I was just wondering if anyone had any idea what I could use to clean them up and get whatever coating the cleaner left behind off of them?

Thanks!
