Default dynamat question

i have a firebird, thinking about doing the dynamat xtreme. has anyone does this before? im not sure how much im going to need

it depends on how quiet you want it inside your ride. some people completely cover the floor and then put a rather large patch on each door. other people just put it around their subwoofer or something. it really depends on what you wanna do.

I went with 160 sq. ft. of Damplifier.
I have used about 150 of it and haven't touched the doors yet.

Same here, I have 160 sq/ft of the sound deadening. I also have the sound deadening foam that I put over all the mat to help it out that much more.

Right. I totally forgot that I also added foam on top of my mat.
Except I used the generic AC duct foam. The brand was Frost King if I remember correctly.
