Here's what mine used to look like. It's nothing fancy like Todds or Steves. For some reason it was pretty fast though...not sure why.

There have been ways done without cutting wires but it involves drilling a LARGE hole (comparative)..

Re: POST PICS OF ENGINE BAY I noticed a lot of these cars have polished out strut towers. How hard is it and what do I do and use to achieve the same results? All of these engine bay's look excellent and keep up the good work guys!!!

Re: POST PICS OF ENGINE BAY I believe that Hotchkis offers them in the high polished aluminum, they're a bit priecey though! (I think around $240 or more) I might consider one down the line, but I'll stick with my red powdercoated one for now.

Oh, my Hotchkis bar is chromed.. cost me all of $75 to get it done

I believe that Hotchkis offers them in the high polished aluminum, they're a bit priecey though! (I think around $240 or more) I might consider one down the line, but I'll stick with my red powdercoated one for now.

No pics but I simply cleaned mine off and then put a layer of clearcoat on, the difference is amazing.

steve2000ss, where did you get the polished aluminum head plate? I see em at thunder but only in annodized blue, red and black. Thanks.
