Default Removing overlays

what could i use to remove the z28 overlays to make it easier? and would the original paint on the overlay be taken off with the adhesive?

not the emblems itself just the "stickers" on top of em. they're pretty hard to get off and im worried the black paint on the emblems itself that came from the factory will come off with the glue

oh they are aftermarket. I really doubt you will remove anything off the factory emblem. They're just stickers

would alcohol or dish soap ease the removal? i really dont know what would be the best substance

I'd heat them up with a heat gun or relevant and see if you can peel them off with your fingers
