Saw this in the wheel gallery. I was wondering whose it was because I'd like to know what headlights those are.

They look like stock headlights with the "Whistler" mod.

Those are stock headlights with the whistler mod (opening them up, painting the insides except for the reflector black, and sealing them up again).

If you do the whistler mod make sure you use PLENTY of sealant because i have had too mine twice because they have leaked.
