go to a local salvage yard a nd pic up the biggest broken light you can find they will probably give it to you then mix up the clear add some black a paint a section of the lamp if its not dark enough add some more black and paint another section untill you get it dark enough that 3-4 coats will get you the effect you want

Nightshade is easy as hell if you decide on that. You can do your sidemarkers and everything. Just make sure to take your time and prep the surfaces very well. And clear coat it. You will be very pleased with the results.

Nah, actually I just cleaned them really well with rubing alcohol. It stuck fine. No issues at all.

If your planning on doing the front headlights, I would check with your local laws first. Not only will it lower the light output of the headlights, but it can also cause alot of unwanted tickets.

You can buy tail light covers at autozone too. if you dont like the black anymore you can always take the covers off. takes 30 seconds compared to nightshade.

I personally don't like the covers. I think it looks better and more proffessional if you do the Night Shade and do it correctly. Plus those covers get cracked and can fall off.

Here is the Night Shade write up for you:

Be careful. Make them to dark and they're illegal. Your reflectors need to be seen from a certain distance.

Its the cops that would cite you. I think 500 ft at night 250 ft in the day? or 1000 ft at night 500 during the day? and its a federal req I think.

Here's a little thing I did when I did mine. Tape off the reflectors. Spray the rest. It leaves them looking sinister. Slanted red lines ... I have a posted pic somewhere on here

You can order tail light covers at autozone. Or you can buy mine! Pretty much brand new! Had them on the car for a month. PM me if interested!
