Meh... Polish - M80 if you're only dealing with normal swirls, M83, then M80 for heavy swirls. (Use a D/A for this with a medium polishing pad)

Wax - Start with Professional Glaze, then Yellow Wax.

Before you do anything though, give the car a good rundown with a claybar after a thurough wash. Enjoy. (These are all Meguiars products by the way, if you have something against them, I can advise you on some very good products by Adams).

Zaino or Meguiars works pretty good on 98's, I don't know about 2002's though...
