Damn man, nice find. A 6-speed Hardtop SS is definitely next on the list. Its actually what i was looking for before i found the Hawk. What kinda HP did the cobra pump out? Im sure ive seen it on here before but i just cant remember. Once again, beautiful car. Make sure you keep us updated on the mods!

Nice ride man! A nice hardtop SS is somewhat hard to find. I'm sure it's nothing compared to your KB Cobra, but you can get it there and still be streetable. MS4 and a 150 shot should make it pretty close.

It needs some appearance mods soon: lower it, new grill, clear corners, and some tint and it will be looking nice!

Im thinking an MS3 (more head options later w/o flycutting) and all the bolt ons with a 150 shot. Should be fun. I love the car but yea it is pretty slow.

Awsome Find Man, im jealous! I'll admit a termy is badass too but a mint, low mile, numbered SS takes the cake for me. What termy's have for power, we make up for it with handeling.Congrats

He can probibly take the KB Cobra with a TFS 215 head and either the MS4 or the Vindicator cam or better yet a custom ED Curtis cam. Oh and don't forget either a Mamofied 90/90 or the new Weiand composite intakes ported by the man himself "Tony" paired up with a ported 90mm TB and some QTP headers with true duals you could rape the KB Cobra which weighs 300 lbs more and is running 60 CI less.:

The Cobra currently runs 10.33's @133mph with a 28" tire and 3:55's so I am all ears how to set this car up. MY last 99 SS (3-4 yrs ago so the name JayplaySS ) was a H/C car full bolt on around 430rwhp and I will need FAR more than that. It should be interesting.

Im confident I can do it H/C (MS3) full bolt on and 150 shot. God I hope so. It has to be livable though too, my Cobra was a DD. Thats what the allure is for 03-04's.

If not, a bigger shortblock, a bigger cam and a 200 shot.

You will not have any problems daily driving an MS3 car. You just need someone that knows what they are doing on the dyno. Depending on the heads you match up with that cam, you should be close to low 10's on a 150 shot.
