I'm partial to the birds, I would have thought that the camaros were more liked given that you seem to see so many more of them and because there are sooo many more appearance mods for them.
Maybe because they have more room for improvement?

ok 10 reasons camaros are better
1. its a heavy chevy not a pint size pontiac...lol
2. theres so many camaros because thier the so badass
3. look much better as a vert
4. cowl hoods look badass on a camaro
5. girls like camaros better
6. trans am's tried to hard
7. we dont need a hood to look good
8.trans am are only copys of the original
9.we dont even need exhaust tips and still look badass
10. my favorite one......knight rider ha.... we're a transformer, cant beat that

I like them both about the same overall, but for different reasons (and I've owned one of each).
I think the Camaro has a more "classic muscle" look to it. When you put 17x11s in the back and lower it an inch or so it looks like pure American muscle, very aggresive.
The Firebird has more of an "exotic" look IMO. It's a little more flashy and "look at me", but that can be cool too.

ive been in th trans am and the camaro. starting off in the trans am was like riding a monster frickin amazing. and then trans am got sold n then moved to the camaro... it just doesnt have the same personality, the same menacing curves, the same beast qualities.

Your voting privelages have been revoked. Granted, the '76 T/A pales in comparison to a 70-73 T/A, but clearly you can see the Bird looks WAY better than that other thing with the guardrail front bumper. Besides, where was the Z28 in 75, 76, first half of 77? Missing. And then it comes back and steals all of the T/A's identity cues. LoL. So,

I love the way they both look! Both look really good! BUT I have to say I think the WS6 package makes the TA look down right sinister!
