The whole kit is a wings west gfx kit.
I just found complete wings west kit plus an extra rs spoiler for $50, Locally. Shockingly its in very good condition. One of those deals i couldnt pass up. I was actually thinking about buying the wings west front lip only a few months ago but that would have cost $250 for the lip and $275 to ship to hawaii. Good thing i waited. Got everything plus an extra spoiler for 10% of the cost of a new lip alone.

Now that i know what brand it is, i'll keep my eyes pealed. Hopefully i'll find some cheap before the end of the summer.
