I tried to find the commnets on Frrax about these breaking but could not find it. If you have a link please show me.

Here are the pics of the brackets that I got from them.

The hole center line dimensions of the mounting holes to the seat are 13.0" front to back and 11.125" left to right.

The new seats:

Sorry for not clarifying better, you couldn't find it because it was a PM. I had asked Jeff94TA how he liked the Corbeau's / brackets.

The seats are Corbeau FX1 Pro's and I like the seats but the Corbeau bracket & sliders completely suck. The bracket places the seat too high and their double locking sliders are junk. I've broken four of them since January. They keep replacing them but it's not very confidence inspiring when you're out on track and you start feeling the seat move around. I'm now running two of their single locking sliders which means you have to pull two handles to move the seat. I ran this set up at Sebring on Saturday for the first time so we'll see if this holds up. I need to look into adapting the stock sliders to these but haven't even looked at it yet.

Jeff

EDIT: This PM is from October so he had broken 4 of them from January 07 to Oct 07

I did notice they only lock one side on this set up. Which seemed very odd to me. I will have to see what happens with it.

I thought these brackets looked as though the seat will sit quite low. I hope it is not to high, I am 6'1".
