I would keep the decal. I think that I helps really well in not having way to much Black. i'd rock my car that way!! Could even go with a bit darker gray color. Maybe Charcoal..

She will look pretty evil with the Sunoco Hood, im gona paint the sides of the cowl flat/charcoal black, and on Bogarts it should look pretty good, if you heard her you would know the plate goes well.
