took off cleaned with simple green. Then dried and sprayed them down with some cleaner so the paint would stick and put about 6 coats of paint on them thats about it! I hung them from one of the bolt holes in my garage like a close line and painted them Make sure you get them from all angles

Holy crap that looks good. That would match my paint scheme perfectly. I wanna do it but I love my FRCs too so Im not sure it would be worth the effort.

This is off topic but I figure you might know...On the left side of the engine compartment there are a **** ton of wire and I know you can relocate them which Im debating about doing. But on the right side of the engine compartment there is only one black tube that run over the wheel next to the quarter panel. I havent really looked at it closely but it looks like it comes from the side my SLP lid. I see a lot of people dont have it. What is it for and can I remove it? I dont know if it matter but my car is a 02 T/A. Sorry to

Very clean look you got goin on!!!

On the driver side that tub is the air pump. All you have to do is have it tuned out and remove it. You might need EGR block offs if you have stock manifold or non race headers. If you buy race headers you will not need the block off's. Under that air tube you will find the hood latch cable i relocated that too like i did the wore mod.

how hard is it to take the coils off and what and paint them? What color red did you use for that? Did you clear them as well?
