people with original ws6/firehawk/ss cars really get bent out of shape when a "lowly" transam/z28 gets some ws6/firehawk/ss badging on it...

car looks great man!-I love the ls1 front end conversion, nice work!

For your information there, I happen to own one of those lowly TA your referring to. I just happened to add a WS6 style hood and a WS7 badge...do a little research or ASK before posting those "shiny happy people" posts...

Fake badging is lke fake *****...they feel and look like the real thing but...you know it is a fake...

Looks very good.
No offense man but honestly you have no right to tell him not to put an emblem on his car. It's another debate for another day but if he wants to put it on he can. It's not your car so just relax...

because it's not a ws6 or ss or firehawk....would you put a ferrari badge on your car? no because it's not a ferrari...so basically putting fake badging on your car makes you a poser

thats the most retarded thing ive ever heard. have you ever walked up to people with 60's muscle cars with ss badging and called them posers...b/c you should since so many are fakes...how about this, you ever seen a 67 435hp 427 vette running around?...99% of the time they aren't original, so are you calling them "posers" too?

that ferrari badge comment is just a gay thing to say, makes no freeking sense to what we are talking about since our cars do not look like ferraris. however, your ws6 is just a slp modified trans am, I hate to break it to ya, I hope you can sleep well at night knowing that...

also, i notice you have a ls1 driveshaft, you poser! you want an ls1, why didnt you just buy one??????????(insert sarcasm here...)

why would you want him to put c6 rims on there?...trying to be a corvette, what a poser! (insert sarcasm here as well)

bottom line is when his car has the ls2 motor in it, it will be BETTER than the ws6 was from the factory anyways...no badge, "stock" badge, ws6 badge, ws7 badge, do what you want to YOUR car...

p.s., it would stink if a poser spanked you in a race eh?

Yes...thats exactly what they are. It doesnt matter if the car is 40 years old or 4 years old...if its badged something other that what it is then its a POSER.

How old are....16 or 17? (I notice you have what your parents drive in your sig....I guess thats a clue. )

...figures you own a ws6, aren't you special?, btw, they really aren't that rare, i hate to break it to ya...oh, and didn't they make more ws6's in 02 than regular trans am's???

well, i guess you are a poser for putting corvette rims on there aren't ya? also, i see you have the wanna-be corvette heat keepers on your engine, instead of being a poser, you should have just bought a vette

"how old are...16 or 17"...i will tell you i am old enough to have learned how to type english AND have a company car also notice how long i have been a member here compared to you...been here since this site started, so you still think i'm 16? ...sorry to be proud of my parent's cars!

you act like you got a original 69 zl1 (you probably don't even know what that is ), well you don't, sorry! you have like 1 out of 10,000 for that year alone!

cant wait to see pics with the black c6 rims!!!...am curious to see the difference...

Maybe you should know what you're talking about before typing. WS6's were modified by ASC, not SLP.

I agree that WS6 badges on a non-WS6 car is like being a poser but some people do it anyway, oh well! I mean, that's what the other badges like WS7 are for.

BEAUTIFUL CAR!!!!

badge it all you want... just don't RESALE it as a WS.6. If you wanted to badge it, put a WS.7 badge or a custom one like "WS.KICK YOUR ***"

On a lighter note I like shaved emblems more than anything such as !side molding, !Door emblems !Rear bird filler. Im not sure if I did own a WS.6 that i would keep the badge on the car. I would safeguard the badge and re-apply it incase i sold the car, but i just like clean, slick lines. Just something to look into

I actually did know that, don't know why i said slp ...my ws6 friends would smack me upside the head for that comment...

that red with the black c6 rims does look sweet!

also, i do agree, i like shaved badges for that really clean look as well and agree that trying to sell it as an original ws6/ss/firehawk would be wrong...
