Is there a plastic polish for MTI...

clear lids that I can use? Mine have some light scratches and swirls and I'd like to get rid of them.

There is plastic polish. I used it on my 3rd break light to make it read again. I dont see why it wont work on that.

I've had mixed results with Meguiars PlastX. Mothers makes a couple plastic products as well, which might work.

I purchased a kit from Properautocare a few years ago to remove scratches from plastic, but I either didn't do it right or it wasn't a good product. I forget the name of it, but it wasn't cheap and didn't give me the results I'd hoped for.
