need LED bulb for halo ring

Need new LED Bulbs for my halo ring!!! Does anybody know what brain uses when he does the halo ring for peaple? Im trying to get this fixed tonightand brain s down right nowThere the red LEDs I dont know at all what he uses

Im pretty sure there 5mm LED's as for the brightness you dont need really bright ones to light up halos. So 10k mcd will do
